LOCATION:  Clay Rd, Just East of Gessner
AREA/CITY:  Houston
DETAILS:

1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a crash major
2. arriving units located a solo vehicle vs what appears to be a power pole
3. at least 1 person has been confirmed deceased by HFD, as firefighters attempted to cut the occupant from the wreckage
