Vehicle Goes into Business After Striking Pedestrian

DETAILS:

1. For unknown reasons, The female driver of the vehicle left the roadway.
2. She hit a male pedestrian who was walking on the sidewalk before going all the way into the Discount Tire store.
3. The vehicle hit an employee when it entered the store.
4. The pedestrian suffered major injuries, and two tourniquets were placed on him as he had arterial bleeding.
5. He also had a compound fracture to an arm.
6. He managed to walk approx 50 feet away while in shock.
7. He was rushed to a local hospital. His status is unknown at this time.
8. The female driver was also transported to a local hospital.
9. Firefighters checked out the employee but did not want to be transported.
10. There is major damage to the business.
11. The Police are investigating.
