Vehicle Crashes Off Connector and Catches Fire

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3/26/25 11:28 PM
LOCATION: 30th St Onramp to SB 259
AREA/CITY: San Bernardino
DETAILS:

  1. On March 26th, 2025, at about 11:28 PM, CHP, County Fire, and AMR responded to a traffic collision on the Westbound 210 to Southbound 259 Connector.
  2. AMR was first at the scene and located a vehicle well involved with fire.
  3. The occupant was able to exit the vehicle safely and only had minor complaints of pain.
  4. County Fire arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
  5. The 30th Street on-ramp was closed while first responders were at the scene.
  6. It appears the vehicle failed to make the turn on the connector, resulting in the crash.
  7. CHP is investigating the crash.
