Vehicle Crashes Into Back of Semi, Victim Extricated | Rancho Cucamonga

03.30.2022 | 11:26 PM | RANCHO CUCAMONGA – At approximately 11:26 PM CHP received reports of a possible single vehicle TC on EB hwy 210. Upon arriving on scene, CHP found a single vehicle with significant damage to the front and the victim still in the vehicle. CHP was advised that the vehicle had crashed into the back of the semi yet the semi was not on scene. The victim did need to be extricated from the vehicle and the right lines of the highway were shut down. The victim was successfully removed from the vehicle and transported by ambulance with unknown injuries to a near by hospital. It was reported that the semi involved with the TC was on the shoulder of the highway past Archibald. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
