Vehicle Crashes Into ACE Hardware and Catches Fire in Redwood City

LOCATION: 282 Woodside Plaza
AREA/CITY: Redwood City
DETAILS:

1. First responders responded to reports of a vehicle into a building and the car catching fire.
2. Upon arrival, they located a vehicle on fire and inside the building, and requested a working structure fire response.
3. Firefighters later requested a second alarm response out of precaution.
4. No injuries were reported.
5. Cell phone video from Ace Hardware employee Ricky Pera shows the incident right after the impact, he granted permission to use the video.
6. Crews remain at scene as the vehicle is removed and the structure is secured.
