Van Nuys: Shooting Leaves One Dead Outside Strip Club

01.31.2020 | 2:45 AM | LOS ANGELES – Three subjects are wanted after a man was shot to death outside a strip club, early Friday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down outside the Red Tie Gentlemen’s Club located in the 15800 block of Stagg Street in the Van Nuys area around 2:45 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound and initiated life-saving measures.

Despite the efforts of first responders the victim was pronounced deceased on scene.

Initial reports indicate the victim was involved in a verbal altercation with a suspect who pulled out a firearm and opened fire.

The suspect was accompanied by two other males who all fled in a dark colored vehicle shortly after the shooting.

No additional suspect description or victim information was immediately available.

The fatal shooting is the second within a year at the same strip club. On February 25th, 2019 at 2:10 AM 34-year-old Jorge Soto was shot to death outside the club after a dispute with several suspects who also fled in a vehicle.
