Van Nuys: Firefighters Battle Apartment Fire
08.02.2020 | 2:04 AM | LOS ANGELES – A fire that ripped through an apartment building was extinguished by firefighters, early Sunday morning.
Authorities responded to reports of a structure fire burning in the 14400 block of Vose Street in the Van Nuys area around 2:04 AM.
Units arriving on scene located heavy fire showing from the second-floor of an apartment building and initiated an aggressive fire attack.
About 40 firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze and hold flames to a single apartment unit in only 18 minutes.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
