Valinda: Out Buildings Destroyed by Fire

11.16.2018 | 8:56 AM | VALINDA – An outdoor fire spread, destroying several out buildings including stables, Friday morning.

Firefighters responded shortly before 9:00 AM to reports of an outdoor fire in the 16100 block of East Francisquito Avenue.

Crews arriving on scene found that flames had extended to a a nearby outbuilding including wood sheds and stables.

Firefighters quickly attacked the blaze, preventing further spread of the flames to nearby homes and brush in under an hour.

No injuries were reported however several farm animals were impacted by the blaze.

The cause if under investigation.
