Two Teens Shot, One Killed After Drug Deal Goes Bad

DETAILS:

1. Initial investigations revealed two individuals met on the street for a narcotics deal in the area.
2. During the deal, both individuals produced firearms and shot each other.
3. One individual was transported from the scene to a local hospital in critical condition.
4. The second individual left the scene in a vehicle driven by his sister and flagged down officers near Little York. (Gas station scene)
5. Officers administered aid before the Houston Fire Department arrived and pronounced the second individual deceased at the scene. (Victim was next to driver’s side of white vehicle)
6. Both parties involved are accounted for, either in custody, at the hospital, or deceased.
7. The victims were identified as a Black male and a Hispanic male, both in their late teens.
