According to Riverside Police Department , PIO Ryan Railsback Around 11:30 p.m. last night, Riverside Police Officers located a stolen vehicle driving in the north end of the city. When officers attempted a traffic stop, the suspects failed to yield, leading to a pursuit onto the 91 Freeway. The suspect vehicle exited at Madison Avenue and attempted to re-enter the freeway, but the driver lost control on the on-ramp and collided with a power box. Both suspects, who were juveniles, were taken into custody and provided medical aid. They were subsequently arrested.

1.  Both occupants of the car were ejected. In the video you can see paramedics bringing the occupants from the embankment into the parking lot to load them into the AMR. Reported speeds of the pursuit were 130 Plus.
