Two People Suffer Critical Stab Wounds In Altercation

According to Riverside Police Department, PIO, Ryan Railsback, at around 2 a.m., officers with Riverside Police Department responded to a residence regarding two stabbing victims.  When units arrived, they found two people, both suffering from critical wounds from being stabbed.  According to police, it appears to be a domestic altercation where the man attacked a woman with a knife.  The woman was able to defend herself and also used a knife against the man, critically injuring him.  They were both transported to a local area hospital, suffering from critical injuries from being stabbed multiple times.
