- Two transients crossing on 94th St crosswalk northbound lanes of Vermont Ave were struck by a black SUV according to a witness.
- One person was declared deceased at the scene and a 2nd person was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
- The victim that was killed was hit on 94th St and was thrown about 60 yards.
- Pieces of a black vehicle such as a side view mirror can be seen on the street along with a shoe.
- The suspect fled Southbound on Vermont in a possible Black Tahoe according to a witness that new the victim.
