Firefighters arrived to find a two vehicle collision involving a fire hydrant.

The sheared hydrant was shooting water close to 100 feet into the air.

Firefighters called for LADWP to come shut down the hydrant.

The driver of one of the vehicles stayed at the scene, the other driver was reported to had ran from the scene.
