Two Killed After Car Hits Man Changing Tire On Freeway | Rialto

09.19.2021 | 3:46 AM | RIALTO – Two were killed in a freeway traffic collision in Rialto. Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision on the freeway with two overturned vehicles. First responders arrived on scene and pronounced 2 victims DOA. It is unknown if any additional victims were transported. Per notes on the CHP CAD, one of the victims was changing a tire on his vehicle when he was fatally struck. Lane closures could be seen in place while the incident was being investigated.
