Two In Critical Condition After Bizarre Shooting

An officer on scene did confirm the 2 scenes are related but would not go into further detail.

According to unconfirmed information gathered from Glendale Police and Fire radio traffic:

Glendale Police and Fire responded to a person shot at a house on Cochise Drive around 9 PM Tuesday evening.

First responders arrived and located a victim sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest and the head.

The victim was quickly transported in critical condition with CPR in progress to Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

Nearby, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a pickup truck related to the initial shooting.

The truck stopped and officers stated over radio that the “suspect” a male, exited the truck with a gun to his head.

Moments later the officers stated over radio that the suspect shot himself in the head.

Glendale Fire was dispatched to the second shooting and transported the victim in critical condition to Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
