Two Cats Die & Two Women Transported In 5th Wheel Trailer Fire | Jurupa Valley
11-24-22 | 12:02pm | Jurupa Valley – Cal Fire Riverside County, Jurupa Valley responded to multiple reports of a trailer fire with animals inside.
When firefighters arrived, they found a 5th wheel trailer in the back yard of a residence that was being occupied family members and multiple animals that was fully involved with fire.
The two female occupants made it out of the trailer but did suffer smoke inhalation and were both transported to a local area hospital.
Two cats did die in the fire, one was rescued and suffered some burns to its body and face, it was visibly shaken.
At least one dog was also rescued.
The trailer was a complete loss, fire did not extend to any other structures.
Wind was a factor in how quick the fire erupted.
