- iPhone Traffic Collision Alert to CHP initial report.
- Head-on Collision between Jeep and Sedan
- Subsequent vehicles were disabled due to the amount of debris in the roadway.
- Two victims required extensive extrication
- Two Air ambulances, Mercy Air 2 and Reach 43, landed on Highway 138
- Two victims were transported by ground ambulances MA10, MA10a
- The driver of the Gray Jeep left the scene and was not found.
