Tujunga: Hit & Run Crash Leaves One Dead

08.17.2020 | 1:45 AM | LOS ANGELES – A person was dead after a hit-and-run crash, early Monday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision in the 7100 block of Foothill Boulevard, near Pinewood Avenue, in Tujunga around 1:45 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a two-car crash with one vehicle empty and the other occupied by a man in his 60s.

The man in his 60s was unconscious and later pronounced deceased on scene.

Witnesses saw the driver of the other involved vehicle flee the scene on foot.

Officers are searching for the driver who fled.
