DETAILS:

  1. On March 22nd, 2025, at 11:57 PM, San Bernardino PD, County Fire, and AMR responded to a traffic collision at 1335 West Rialto Avenue in San Bernardino.
  2. Police arrived at the scene and located a boom lift operator who had been moving the lift and was struck by a pickup truck, throwing the operator out of the lift.
  3. The operator was transported with unknown injuries.
  4. The pickup truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
