Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a person shot.

Officers arrived to find three gunshot victims.

Phoenix Fire arrived and pronounced one victim deceased on the scene.

The two other gunshot victims were transported to a local trauma center in critical condition.

A large crime scene has been established, and homicide detectives are on the scene.
