Tree Falls on Approximately 30 Cars in Greek Theater Parking Lot | Griffith Park

11.03.2021 | 8:08 PM | LOS ANGELES (CNS) – A tree in the Greek Theater parking lot Wednesday evening fell on approximately 30 cars Wednesday evening with a 35-year-old woman suffering a lower leg injury.

The woman was taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters responded at 8:08 p.m. to the Greek Theater parking lot where they learned that the tree, which the fire department estimated to be 40 to 50 feet tall, fell.

Stewart said firefighters conducted a thorough search and did not find any additional injured people.
