1. A man was being pursued after he was on top of a Metro Bus.
2. He went to the roof of a dispensary then later using an LAFD ladder and cable lines to goto a building under construction.
3. The man began throwing pieces of wood at LAFD members.
4. LAFD and LAPD left the scene 90 minutes later.
