Tire Shop Goes Up In Flames

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 5:30 am 8-2-24
LOCATION: 69th St and S Vermont Ave
AREA/CITY: South LA
DETAILS:

1. A tire shop went up in flames damaging the building and a few cars parked in the property.
2. The plume of thick black smoke could be seen from over a mile away.
3. LAFD is working to knock down the remaining flames of the fire inside the building.
4. No word of any injuries at this time.
