At approximately 11:40 p.m. on June 4, 2026, Houston Police responded to reports of a drive-by shooting at a business located in the 800 block of West Little York Road.
When officers arrived, they found three victims between the ages of 18 and 20 suffering from gunshot-related injuries.
Two of the victims had been shot in the legs and were transported to area hospitals for treatment.
A third victim sustained a graze wound and was treated at the scene before being released.
According to investigators, the victims were standing outside the store when a vehicle, possibly a red Kia, drove by and opened fire.
Evidence recovered at the scene indicated multiple firearms may have been used during the attack. Investigators located shell casings from at least two different calibers, suggesting there may have been more than one shooter inside the suspect vehicle.
Detectives are continuing to work leads and review evidence to identify the suspects and determine a motive for the shooting.
All three victims are expected to survive.
