1. Three men have died following a helicopter crash
2. Two helicopters crashed mid air
3. The two helicopters were assigned to a brush fire
4. The first helicopter safely landed nearby, the other helicopter crashed, killing the occupants
5. The crash killed a Cal Fire Division Chief, one Cal Fire Captain & a contractor pilot
6. This is an ongoing investigation
