Three Injured When Vehicle Crashes Into Two Buildings

DETAILS:
- LAFD responded to a reported traffic accident.
- Units arrived to find a solo vehicle that struck the scaffolding causing a lower section to collapse.
- The car then struck the side of a restaurant next to the building under construction.
- Police are unable to see how much damage was done to the building till the scaffolding can be deemed safe to work around.
- At this time three females have been transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
- It is also unclear if all victims were in the vehicle or if two may have been pedestrians.
- The construction company and Building and Safety have been called to the scene.
- No other injuries have been reported.
- At this time it is unclear if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
