Three Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash On 215 Freeway

Three people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck Sunday night on the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino.

At approximately 9:36 p.m. on August 10, 2026, emergency crews were already at the scene of a minor two-vehicle collision on the northbound 215 Freeway south of Palm Avenue when they were alerted to another crash just south of their location.

CHP officers responded to the second scene and found three passenger vehicles and a semi-truck involved in the collision. One victim was initially reported lying on the ground next to a vehicle.

A total of three people were transported to local hospitals with unknown injuries.

All northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway were temporarily closed while emergency crews treated the injured and worked to clear the roadway.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
