Three Injured After Fiery Crash Into Tree

DETAILS:

1. At least three people were hospitalized after their white sedan slammed into a tree Wednesday night
2. Downey Firefighters were dispatched to a solo vehicle collision with reports of the car on fire
3. Arriving, they found a vehicle well involved in flames with multiple people laying on the ground
4. Three occupants were inside the vehicle when it smashed into the tree. It’s unclear if they were pulled from the burning car or able to exit by themselves
5. Both directions of Imperial Highway are closed between Bellflower Blvd & Ardis Ave as police investigate
