Thousand Oaks: Drunk Driver Crashes Into Home’s Front Door

01.01.2019 | 2:25 AM | THOUSAND OAKS – A suspected DUI driver was under arrest after crashing into the front of a residence, Tuesday morning.

Authorities responded to the crash in the 2700 block of Los Robles Road around 2:25 AM.

Units arriving on scene located an abandoned white car that had crashed and came to rest at the front door of a residence.

Police searched the area and later located the vehicle’s driver who was determined to be under the influence. He was placed into custody despite claiming to be the vehicle’s passenger.
