In the video you can see hand crews fighting large active flames you can’t see active flames you can see fast check on an apartment complex next to the fire. You can see firefighters fighters actively fighting the fire.

6:15 p.m. for the area north of Granite Hill Drive, east of Edgewood Point, west of Boulder Drive and south of the water towers, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.

An evacuation warning was issued at the same time for the area north of Granite Hill Drive, east of Boulder Drive, west of Soto Drive and south of the water towers.

A care and reception center was established at Patriot High School. Evacuees may take their small animals with them.

Large animals can be taken to the Riverside County Animal Shelter in Jurupa Valley.

The freeway was not impacted, except for drivers slowing to look at the flames.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
