The Bridge Fire Burns Structures Burn In Wrightwood

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7:30 – 8:30 9-10-24

LOCATION: Angeles Crest Highway and Flume
AREA/CITY: Wrightwood, CA
DETAILS:

1. Mandatory evacuations were made as PA used sheriff’s cars to inform residents to leave. A massive line of cars is seen leaving the mountain
2. Several homes to the northeast of Angeles Crest Highway in the AC Hwy and Flume area were seen burning.
3. Fire engines have continued to arrive consistently since 7:30
4. Mtn. High Ski area buildings were intact, and structure protection was in place.
5. Engines providing structure protection keep arriving.
6. The firestorm moved quickly over the hill towards Pinon Hills.
