The Bridge Fire Burns Structures Burn In Wrightwood
INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7:30 – 8:30 9-10-24
LOCATION: Angeles Crest Highway and Flume
AREA/CITY: Wrightwood, CA
DETAILS:
- Mandatory evacuations were made as PA used sheriff’s cars to inform residents to leave. A massive line of cars is seen leaving the mountain
- Several homes to the northeast of Angeles Crest Highway in the AC Hwy and Flume area were seen burning.
- Fire engines have continued to arrive consistently since 7:30
- Mtn. High Ski area buildings were intact, and structure protection was in place.
- Engines providing structure protection keep arriving.
- The firestorm moved quickly over the hill towards Pinon Hills.
