1. Firefighters arrive on the scene of a two-vehicle traffic collision at the above address

2. The vehicles took out two power poles, a street light, and a hydrant

3. The sheared hydrant caused a large amount of water to fall upon the roof of a nearby residence

4. One person was transported with minor to moderate injuries

5. All NB and SB lanes of La Brea Avenue were shut down due to the collision
