Teenagers Destroy Mini Cooper, Front Yard in Tarzana

12.12.2020 | 9:52 PM | LOS ANGELES – A 14 year old is in critical condition and a second patient suffered moderate injuries after crashing into a front yard, flipping their mini cooper sedan Saturday night.

LAFD responded to the reported vehicle rollover at the 3800 block of Vanalden Avenue just before 10 PM.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a white mini cooper on its side in the bushes.

Firefighters found the 14 yr old male who remains listed in critical condition due to meeting trauma criteria.

A second patient was transported with moderate injuries.

The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the crash, as it was able to fly through two front yards before crashing through a few trees, eventually laying on its side.

LAPD Valley Traffic Division is continuing to investigate what led to the collision.
