Teenager and Cousin Killed in Murder and Failed Suicide

DETAILS:

1.  Webster PD, Webster FD, and outside agencies responded to reports of a shooting
2. Two women and a male were transported to the hospital.
3. Both females were pronounced deceased, but the suspect, who attempted suicide and failed, is in critical condition.
4. This is believed to have been a double murder and attempted suicide.
5. KHOU 11 reported that the deceased were cousins.
