Teen Girl Fighting For Life After Stabbing In Houston

At approximately 1:00 a.m. on June 11, 2026, Houston Police responded to a stabbing at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Seaspray Court.

According to investigators, a group of friends had attended a pool party earlier in the evening before returning to the apartment complex.

Police said an 18-year-old female victim and a 20-year-old female suspect became involved in an argument over a boy, which initially escalated into a fistfight before appearing to end.

Investigators believe the suspect then went into her apartment, and the victim followed her inside. A second altercation broke out, during which the victim was allegedly stabbed in the temple.

After being wounded, the victim ran from the apartment and collapsed in the parking lot. Neighbors rushed to assist her until Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived.

The victim was transported to a local hospital, where she remains in critical condition and is reportedly on life support.

Police have detained a 20-year-old woman who is cooperating with investigators. Authorities said she lives at the apartment complex where the incident occurred.

The investigation remains ongoing.
