1. CHP received reports of a wrong way driver on the 110 going south in the north lanes
2. Shortly after units received reports the wrong way driver had crashed
3. There is a taxi & a black sedan involved in the crash
4. It is unclear who the wrong way driver is at this time
5. The driver of the taxi has been pronounced deceased
6. The female driver of the black sedan is in critical condition
7. There was at least one additional passenger in the black sedan, in unknown condition
