Sylmar: Officers Trapped After Crash

06.29.2020 | 5:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – Two officers were trapped in their patrol vehicle after a crash, Monday evening.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a police vehicle in the 13300 block of Dronfield Avenue in Sylmar around 5:00 PM.

Crews arriving on scene located a two-car crash with two officers trapped in a patrol vehicle.

Firefighters quickly freed both officers and transported them along with the driver of the other vehicle to an area hospital for treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the crash were not immediately known.
