- INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3-20-24 10:45 am approx.

DETAILS:
- officers were called to a Domestic Violence call about a male who was threatening to kill everyone inside of the house.
- He chased a woman out of the house with a taser.
- She told the Police that the male had several rifles inside of the residence.
- The male has refused to come out and surrender.
- The SDPD SWAT was called.
- 1:00 pm: Evacuations have taken place with the neighbors (16+). The suspect claims to be armed and will shoot anyone he sees including the officers. The suspect is believed to be intoxicated. He got into a fight with his girlfriend and apparently attacked her, chasing her out of the house.
- 4:45 pm approx. The man finally surrendered after 6 hours of a stalemate. Officers broke windows and fired pepper balls and tear gas into the home.
