SUV Slams Into Building, Possible DWI | Houston

11.30.2021 | 12:02 AM | HOUSTON – HPD and HFD responded to reports of a vehicle which crashed into a building. Arriving units located a solo vehicle, which left the roadway and crashed into a restaraunt. The lone occupant, a female, was uninjured. HFD took over scene safety, as the vehicle also struck a light pole, and exposed lines were present in the scene. Officers believe the woman is impaired, and a DWI investigation is underway The woman was taken to JPC for further evaluation. The business is below Milk & Honey, and is believed to be in process of opening. Witness states that he saw the woman crash into the building, and still had her foot on the gas pedal after impact.
