SUV Rear-Ends Semi, Six Transported | North Hollywood

05.29.2021 | 1:30 AM | NORTH HOLLYWOOD – Authorities responded to reports of a multi vehicle crash involving a big rig.

First responders arrived on scene to find a big rig and a lexus SUV which had flown off the freeway interchange and landed on another interchange underneath.

LAFD immediately requested additional resources to the scene.

Radio traffic indicated there were at least 6 trauma patients transported, however, the exact number has not been confirmed.

The interchange remains closed for an unknown duration of time while the incident is under investigation.
