SUV Flips Several Times After Swerving Off Freeway Onto Embankment

DETAILS:
- Our witness told us that the male driver of the Yukon SUV crossed all lanes and left the freeway for unknown reasons.
- The SUV climbed up the steep embankment, climbing approx 70 feet.
- Once at the top of the ridge line, the SUV hit a large Eucalyptus tree, severing it.
- The SUV then started to flip several times before coming to a stop along the fence line and on its roof.
- The Good Samaritan climbed up the hill and started to administer 1st Aid to the victim.
- Firefighters extricated the male from the wreckage and had to walk the male back down to the freeway.
- The male was transported to a local hospital in an unknown status.
- There were beer cans along the SUV’s trail up the hill, but it’s not known if DUI was a factor.
