SUV Collides with Tesla and a House

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2/21/24 7:19pm
LOCATION: 2246 Royal Avenue
AREA/CITY: Simi Valley
DETAILS:

1. A white Toyota SUV collided with a Tesla and the corner of a house in a Simi Valley neighborhood
2. Fire crews arrived and discovered the residence had sustained major structural damage and requested Simi Valley building and safety
3. The vehicle had hopped up on a curb, gone thru a brick garden bed, and thru a metal fence before striking the house
4. One person was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries
5. Nobody was injured inside of the residence
6. Simi Valley PD is investigating the cause of the collision
