Suspected Speeding DUI Driver Kills Passenger in Front of Taco Bell | Houston

HFD arrived and located a truck that rolled over and sheared power poles

One female occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased, the male driver is uninjured and is being given a field sobriety test.

Speed is believed to have played a role in the crash

The pickup is believed to have been traveling wrong way on Scott prior to the impact

Unknown the exact identity of the deceased. once the ME is on scene, further identification will be done and notification of next of kin. Unknown at this time is the nature of the relationship between the deceased and driver.
