Suspected PCP Drug Lab Discovered Inside Moreno Valley Hotel

A suspected PCP manufacturing lab was discovered inside a Moreno Valley hotel room Wednesday afternoon, prompting concerns about possible chemical exposure to sheriff’s deputies.

On October 21, 2026, at approximately 4:34 p.m., deputies investigated a suspected drug lab at the WoodSpring Suites hotel, located at 24455 Hemlock Avenue.

Three ambulances responded after concerns arose that deputies who entered the room may have been exposed to hazardous chemicals.

By approximately 5:15 p.m., the deputies had been evaluated and showed no signs of illness. No further medical treatment was required.

One suspect was arrested without incident and transported to Riverside University Medical Center for evaluation.

The suspect’s identity was not immediately released, and authorities had not confirmed how the suspected lab was discovered.

No road closures were reported. It was unclear whether the hotel was evacuated.
