Suspect Steals Patrol Car After Deputy Involved Shooting

DETAILS:
- HFD Ambulance facing Northbound on Almeda witnesses a male open fire on his girlfriend in the far driveway of the gas station
- Precinct 7 Deputy pulls up seconds later to the ambulance and is informed by HFD of what transpired
- Deputy gives chase of the suspect in his black camaro
- Suspect goes a few hundred feet on Macgregor before stopping
- As deputy initiates a felony stop, the suspect opens fire on the deputy
- deputy retreats for cover, and suspect then steals patrol car
- Suspect leaves in patrol vehicle and then returns moments later
- It is believed that another deputy involved shooting occurs when the suspect returns
- Suspect then flees in his camaro
- Female was transported and pronounced deceased at hospital
