Suspect Leaves Bloody Foot Prints After Butcher Knife Attack

DETAILS:
- Calls came in for a victim screaming for help and being repeatedly struck by a suspect with a butcher knife
- Another priority calls was also in motion so cross precinct staffing was requested and a perimieter was setup while also trying to locate the victim
- Eventually a victim was found in serious condition including head LACs. The suspect apparently left a trail of bloody foot prints
- Victim was transported to HMC and the suspect was expected to show at local hospital but had yet to appear as of 0200
