Suspect Killed After Stolen Truck & Excavator Flip Over

DETAILS:
- Police were originally in pursuit of a stolen truck with an excavator on a trailer
- Pursuit was terminated due to erratic driving and the drivers inability to control the vehicle on ice covered roads
- Shortly after the vehicle lost control, went onto a sidewalk, took out a tree, hit another tree and flipped the trailer over withe excavator. It was determined later that the second suspect was actually in the excavator while it was on the trailer and was killed in the accident.
