1. Officers from LAPD 77th division have been involved in a shooting
2. One male victim was shot and killed on scene
3. Officers are ok and are not injured
4. There were multiple people detained that were in a nearby dispensary
5. It is unclear how they were related to the incident
6. Initial reports suggest that the officers conducted a traffic stop, the suspect approached officers and opened fire
