According to Phoenix Police radio traffic; officers located a silver Jeep that was wanted after fleeing a traffic stop the previous night.

Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle again near 19th Ave and Roeser Road.

The suspect again fled from officers traveling Southbound at a high rate of speed while turning off the lights on his vehicle.

Phoenix Police’s helicopter followed the vehicle through South Phoenix until the Jeep came to a stop and parked outside of a house on 54th Ave near Huntington Drive.

The driver exited the Jeep and went inside the house.

Officers surrounded the house and issued commands for the suspect to exit the house with his hands up.

The suspect exited the house and was taken into custody by officers.
