DETAILS:

1. A man stabbed his partner/wife/girlfriend/significant other and then barricaded himself in his room at the Pine Ave Inn
2. The barricade called for SWAT & K9
3. Suspect refused to exit and was gassed out by police
4. Suspect jumped on a vehicle and was bit by K9 and shot with less lethal
5. Suspect taken to hospital by ambulance
